Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping nationwide within Thailand with Kerry Express with tracking numbers.

Flat rate of USD 70.00 worldwide shipping with Thai Post EMS with tracking numbers.

We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days. Delivery times vary based on destination. Delivery times range from 1 to 3 working days and 5 to 10 working days depending on the shipping address within Thailand and outside of Thailand, respectively.

Customs Fees

Extra duties and taxes may apply to countries outside of Thailand. Please email us at info@quillberry.com for further inquiries.

Returns

If your product is defective or if you have received an incorrect order by mistake, please send it back to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging.

All our products come with a 3 year warranty, please contact us at info@quillberry.com if anything happens.

Exchanges

If you made an error when purchasing online, and it’s still within 48 hours of placing your order, contact our support team right away and we should be able to adjust your order before it leaves our hands.

Warranty

Our products are covered by a 3-year warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
